for the love of pie
I admit it: I’m thoroughly in love with pie. When I’m making the morning coffee, I’m counting the hours until I can get my hands back into dough. When I’m supposed to be working, I’m daydreaming about that delirious look on the face of someone who took their first bite of CurvyMama Pie. My pie passion has taken me on adventures, too: It took me into a New York City restaurant kitchen, where I rolled dough with the masters. It flew me to Iowa to judge pie at the state fair. It connected me with pie soulmates in a half-dozen states. I bake for weddings and other happy occasions, and I blog, tweet, and Facebook about it while the pie’s cooling. I teach pie-making workshops, too. The heart and soul of CurvyMama Pies is to bring happiness through making pie. So go ahead. Have some.
